💎Full-Scale Reddit Marketing Manager 💎

📍Overview:
We're seeking a results-driven Reddit Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for
the full spectrum of Reddit activities, from account creation and content strategy to team
management and subreddit growth.
Only Apply if you are willing to be on-call 6 days a week with the company COO. You will be compensated accordingly. After a probationary period of over $1000 USD/month.

📌Responsibilities:
Account Management: Create, warm up, and maintain a network of 60+ Reddit accounts(with a team)
Content Strategy: Conduct in-depth research on top-performing posts in niche subreddits
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Reddit VAs and a dedicated karma farmer.
Subreddit Growth: Create and manage niche subreddits relevant to our target audience, fostering organic engagement and community building.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute long-term Reddit marketing strategies, staying ahead of trends and algorithm changes.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of Reddit campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.

❓Requirements:
Proven Reddit Expertise: Deep understanding of Reddit's culture, algorithm, and community management principles.
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communication, both with team members and the executive team.
Leadership Abilities: Experience in managing and motivating a team, providing guidance and feedback to achieve shared goals.
Passion for Reddit: A genuine interest in Reddit and its communities, with a willingness to dedicate significant time to the platform.
Availability: Willingness to work 6 days a week with flexible hours, including occasional calls and brainstorming sessions with the executive team in PH time.

💰Compensation and Growth:
Starting Salary: $650 per month during the probation period, with potential for increase based on performance.
After the probation period, salary will increase to over $1000 per month based on performance and cooperation, with further bonuses and raises tied to results and team expansion.
