Nowadays, it has to be responsive. It is pretty useless if the theme does not has this feature and it will not help the ranking either.

Good looking responsive themes are the way to go.

Seems like they do not care about it.

There are many great themes on themeforest. There are not many video templates so competitions and variations is not that large like in the blog themes.

I recommend to all to get a professional looking responsive theme which may cost a bit money but it definitely pays off. Now, Google is de-valuing unresponsive site design in an attempt to further integrate the web into the mobile experience.

I use the theme "Careta" It can be seen by clicking on my link in my SIG. It seems to be perfect for everything I have needed. Yea, I would of course like to change some things and as I get better I am sure I will but I think for a photo/gallery adult site this theme works great. :)

Check out themes from XWPThemes. Every few months a new theme is released.

try with WP-script i have used in my some tube sites they have good support with frequent updates...

These themes are free, but no support. No video grabber and nobody is there is problem in theme. You spend lots of time and finally close the site because of so many errors and nobody is there to help you. Daily Spend 10-12 hours on Google and resolve yourself.

It's good if you purchase premium script like wp-tube-plugin.com. There are tons of plugin and theme features. More than 10 themes, 50 jwplayer feed, 100 porn tube grabber, paid member subscription......... and so many features. Most specially free support and future version free download. What else you need ? It is full worth of money.

Free theme does not support and no help if any problem.
