I am breaking up my various tasks because they seem to be too much for a single person to handle, and remain dedicated doing on a daily basis. 8 hours of grunt work, 5 days a week, appears to be too much for many. So if we break it into different sections, maybe that will get some better results.

1. Tube Site Submitter:

You need to be able to make multiple accounts across YouTube, etc. for daily clip submissions. As anyone knows doing submits, occasionally you will get flagged or an account frozen by haters. You simply have to move on to the next one and have the ability to do so.

You will need to have a list of tube sites you submit to daily as I would like to hit as many tubes as possible. I prefer you update YT as follows. Four clips per day, 2-3 times a day. This will take you about 10-15 minutes per time. You can do this 7 days a week if you like, but Monday-Friday should suffice.

2. Rendering:

You must have a program or skills to re-render clips. Occasionally when they are flagged, you will need to re-render a clip so that you can post it up again. This is not complicated by any means, and yes, it will effect quality. But this gets around the flagging so you can use that clip again. There are plenty of high and low end software to do this.

3. TGP Submits:

No. I do not truly give a shit about promoting sponsors or affiliates. However, I do have a template I use for promoting my own sites, as well as using this for SEO and keyword targeting. I will give you the break down on how I want this done, and template to use. As well as the content for you to put in there different galleries. Most of it you will be able to pull from existing stuff, make a few changes daily, and fire off.

4. Partner Accounts:

To be truly effective, you need to have a decent number of partner accounts. Including niches. I always used Chameleon Submitter for my shit, but what you use I do not care. I just need to make sure you are getting listed on the best sites for foot fetish, etc..

So if you have partner accounts for all of those sites, then you da man.

5. Reporting:

While you may be able to streamline this over time, I need an accounting of the work you are doing. This including you simply keeping a tracking sheet or spread sheet of some kind so I know where you are submitting and daily logs.

Don't worry, I could give a shit about any secret sauces you may or may not have. I have no interest in doing this work any longer which is why I farm almost everything out now a days. However, there are advantages to doing this shit and using this for link juice.

6. Basic HTML:

The templates I have used for years are not complicated by any means. However, you do need to know how to do simple HTML. This way if you screw something up or need to change dimensions or what not you can do this easily.

If you have the partner accounts, submit lists, and the desire for 2-4 hours of consistent work than this may be a job match. While I am a fair guy, I have clear expectations of needs, and what must be accomplished on the time lines I lay out. It has worked for me for years and I have some new things coming up I want to wash, rinse, repeat.
