If its biz related you need a lawyer or paralegal at least, familiar with laws from your state or country...just my
 Its worth the hassle or minimal cost to have a good contract... |

mmmnnnn well - we do have a legal dept here.
Actual Contract drafting is very very similar across all States. the way breaches etc may be interpreted differently though. We can certainly draft a tight contract  |
