Best I've found (I've found some real turds in my time) was actually from GFY. His name is Ray and I've never had a prob with his work. Totally legit.

I can build you your own personal network that you can use for link building for new projects that may come about. As big or as little as your want. And the links wont go anywhere and you would have access to the links/network at all times.
