I am looking for a long term, in-house, full time, someone who can build out, and manage, a complete traffic network. You would do this through a mix of tube sites, blogs, SEO, and organic means.

This includes building websites, links/trades, and the various pieces involved with pushing traffic. You must have solid networking traffic connections, and experience with adult industry scripts. Even better if you know CSS/HTML and can manage during minor website tweaking yourself versus waiting on developers.

In regards to compensation (salary + incentives, contracted term, milestones, etc.) I will consider different options if you can deliver results. You should be able to lay out a business plan, expectations, and have examples or references for your past achievements in this regard.

Please make sure you include the subject title in the correspondence (gfygigs /@T/ gmail), and a resume would be a dandy with complete contact details. You will need to sign an NDA and employment contract. Ideally, I am looking for a traffic manager who can build up all of the traffic we would need for our pay sites and other things we have cooking. We have all of the resources needed beyond personnel.
