Video Streaming Exp (backend)
Exp in cutting PS to HTML5 / CSS 3 - *not required but very helpful*
Social Network API's

We only need ONE developer for the team. We really want someone who will be dedicated to the team and will stay for the long term. We're not looking for 3rd party companies to outsource.
