Job description, responsibilities and duties:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: As the SEO Manager you will be responsible for our SEO Team. Teach new and existing team members , set targets, new projects, develop and deliver comprehensive page-level and site-wide SEO recommendations for all products and services of First Mobile Affiliate s.r.o. Support our social media strategy, including SEO and recommendations for PR, Blogs, Video, and Social Media channels, etc. Monitor the SEO data regularly for increases/dips in performance and to assist in identifying new content opportunities for the content writer. Provide competitive analysis of top ranking competitor sites.

Conceptualize and execute link building campaigns and research, identify, and establish partnerships with authoritative websites for link building together with the link building team. Stay current with all search engine algorithm changes and SEO trends and regularly inform and educate the IT on emerging SEO technologies, opportunities and best practices. Google Analytics and webmaster tools are not merely SEO tools for you, rather they are the tools to reach your goals. You will work closely with the design, IT, media buying and sales Team. This position reports to the VP of sales.

Requirements for the employee

Required education:
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

- At least 2 years of SEO experience with proven results.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience managing SEO teams.
- Familiarity with SEO considerations for CMS systems.
- Advanced/Expert skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Interested in all things online and mobile.
- Team player with project management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Web Analytics, SEO and Optimisation platforms.
- Self motivated and stress resistant.
- Structured and precise approach to tasks.
