Join our team and work on a rev-share basis!
Hi all!
I'm looking to put together a small team to tackle projects on a rev share basis. I'm a web designer and can bring my design and front end programming skills to the table for any project! Below are the details. If you're interested, please read on -- I foresee splitting profits amongst team members evenly so that we all have a stake in the operation. Any capital investment required for projects would be split among team members accordingly. Out oft the gates, the only major expense would be Website Hosting / CMS and content - depending on where it's acquired from. Here's the team I have in mind: --Designer / Front end developer / Website admin - That's me Website design, design and production of all ad collateral including, but not limited to banner ads, galleries, feeder sites etc. --Website Marketer SEO, blogging, social media, link trades, TGP/MGP/Tube site submissions, traffic buys, etc --Affiliate Manager Develops and manages affiliate program. Affiliate recruitment and support. Regular interaction on message boards - actively promoting our affiliate program --Content Manager Produces / acquires / curates high quality videos and photos from one or a variety of niches. It would be great to work directly with models as well. We can monetize the content you own! There is no initial compensation. We all get paid when profits begin to roll in.
