I need the bare bones of this website cloned. Here is the site:

- a functional backend where girls can signup/log in and upload their pictures and place their ads and pay to upgrade.
- admin panel so I can approve, upgrade members to "VIP" etc..

The majority of the features (there are many) from the main site, I don't require for mine. I need a "bare bones" clone of the of the site which is the escort portion:

When you mouseover the girl:
- brief introduction of the girl slides from bottom to top
- pink border surrounds her picture
- "pornstar" circle rotates etc..
When you click on her profile, it takes you to her page with her pictures,etc..

I like the site color/layout scheme as that is part of the appeal of the site for me.

You must have a firm gasp in your ability to clone the site but also create a nice user friendly admin panel. I hate to say cheap but I don't have a big budget and will likely choose a designer that can do this as reasonable as possible and keep the overall costs low for myself. Please keep that in mind when you send in your bids/quotes for this project.
