It's possible to do quite a lot on a free-tier t2.micro, but you can build some pretty complex multihost setups in Virtual Private Clusters, or use multiprocessor instances with the mix of RAM and CPU you need. If you create them right, you can resize your server as you need to. I like their CDN, Cloudfront, a great deal. The Identity & Access Management framework makes it possible to delegate responsibility that's appropriate for the roles your team members manage and account for the actions that occur through the AWS management console. The downside, for me - is that it's easy to use, once you know what you are doing. It's a job killer for System Administrators. So I am not charging you a lot for a single fish, I am teaching you how to catch fish for yourself. And I am helping you learn from my experiences and mistakes, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel. |
