Looking for a web designer/programmer to make a nice looking forum that has an ad script that is somewhat automated and easy to use. Maybe even have like a shopping cart for the ads or something.

I also need hosting that is on Canadian soil, or somewhere else that doesn't have laws against hookers.

The site needs to be able to stay up even with a ddos attack from a script kiddie.
