What kind of SMM can I provide?

I can provide both adult and mainstream SMM, as I have good experience on both, including working with Facebook Ads and Google AdWords on mainstream projects. Because we are on an adult forum, I will focus this discussion for only adult SMM.
As we already know, for most of the adult niches, we are unable to buy ads on mainstream social networks and the most adult friendly social networks are Twitter, Tumblr and Reddit.
I can provide adult social media marketing services for Twitter, Tumblr and Reddit, as these are the ones who allow to promote your products or services in a direct way, without the need to use all sorts of tricks to mask the presence of an adult website, like on Facebook, for example.
So, because we are unable to purchase ads to grow our account(s) faster and in the same time successfully promote adult products or services on these social networks when we have only small or fresh account(s), companies or individuals can hire someone experienced to grow them correctly and safely so that they will start to provide branding, social signals for SEO, gradual increasing traffic and leads & sales for their specific adult business.

What I would be willing to do and for how much?

This will depend by the current size of your adult social account(s), your expected results (growth, traffic, leads & sales, social signals for SEO, branding, maintenance), the allocated number of hours per day and the niche of the adult business. Without knowing all these factors, I'm unable to establish if your expectations can be achieved in the first place.
I will give you an extreme example. You have only a small or fresh Twitter account, the niche of your business is generic adult cams and you want someone to work 2h/day on your Twitter account and your short-term expectations are rapid growth, good volume of traffic and leads & sales.
In this example, these kind of expectations on short-term, for only 2h/day of work, are pure fantasy and anyone else who tells you different is a big liar and just wants to take your money. These kind of high expectations require long-term full-time commitment of at least 8h/day for a single small or fresh account, to achieve these kind of results in the fastest and safest possible way.
And even in this case, the real expectations on short-term is the following: you will start seeing gradual account following growth, gradual traffic growth and leads & sales will start to happen very slow in this stage. The social account cannot be forced because it will crack easily and all the work will be lost if you don't know the exact written and unwritten rules on each social network.
On long term, this is where the actual "magic" happens. The snowball effect will be triggered and the account will start to grow faster and faster as it will accumulate more and more followers, the traffic will increase more and more and leads & sales will start to occur more and more often.
Once the account became large enough, than yes, by working only 2h/day, it can bring good results, but even in that case, I would still recommend 4h/day of work per account, if you want top-notch growth and performance for each one.
A lot of companies or individuals don't know this process and have the immediate expectations that by hiring someone experienced in adult social media marketing, he will do "magic" and the expected results will be reached immediately and in a safe manner for their small or fresh social account(s).
The only real magic is knowing how to correctly and safely grow a social account by applying the best tested techniques that large accounts are using it and in the same time to not trigger the spamming mechanisms on that specific social network, so that the entire accumulated work will not be destroyed.
