reporting infringing content
hey guys
looking for someone who is skilled in reporting infringing content. For instance, when you look here, you get access to tons of content, there are full website-rips of any porn-site you can think of ... PORNRIP - 10000 SITERIPS of PAYSITES for FREE PORN DOWNLOAD https://www.siterips.org/ https://www.site-rips.xyz https://pornorips.com/ https://1siterip.com http://siteripdownload.com and so on... We report infringing content everyday. The links get removed. But, new URLs are back online next day. The URLs are encrypted using e.g. WCRYPT service, once reported and removed, new URLs with the same content are generated, encrypted (i assume automatically), using a new URL code, and it is back online the next day. From what i could understand, the content is physically stored at e.g. Keep2share servers, and after the URLs are reported and removed, these fraudsters generate (encrypt) new URLs linking to the same content, so you have to report these new links over and over. They don't delete the content from the servers, just remove links. i was thinking to report these pornrips-websites listed above directly to Google, so they don't show up in Google results, but no experience with that.... Is there even a way how to fight this, or we have to live with that ? |

I have tried ( even hired a GFY member) to "troll" the Internet for my web site and my keywords...she issued about 100 DMCA notices / month, but to no avail, the theives were back the next day. After 2 years we decided to give up....
Fighting these thieves ( and many are members here) is like fighting a tsunami with an umbrella... Good luck and I hope that you will find the miracle us content owners are looking for... |

i realize that to fight these criminals is not easy... anyway, i was wondering if there is someone who has experience in reporting such websites directly to Google, so they won't show up in Google results.

If you have the budget, engage multiple vendors. The most successful studios, and also the most prolifically stolen from, have at least 3 or 4 different services removing piracy. Additionally, they have a few folks (or contractors) on staff engaging the ad-hoc sites as well as their lawyers. I know it can feel like charging hell with a bucket of water sometimes, however, there are ways to be successful in both deterrence and mitigation.

Watermark your content so at least it is an advertisement. The ones that will help will be more trouble.
