Someone who has had success on youtube before (experience necessary)
We are seeking an individual with prior success on YouTube (experience required) and a minimum of one year of experience in YouTube management and growth. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Viral Videos, Growth strategies, and Thumbnails optimization.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the entire YouTube strategy, ensuring timely execution.
Act as quality control, supervising the effectiveness of our posting assistants and collaborating closely with our editor.
Develop thumbnails, titles, and video descriptions, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
Review each video edit to detect errors or subpar editing.
Conduct market research to identify successful strategies and accounts, offering suggestions based on competitive analysis.
Requirements:

Proven track record of success on YouTube.
Minimum of one year of experience in YouTube management and growth.
Proficiency in Viral Videos, Growth strategies, and Thumbnails optimization.
Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
This is a part-time position starting with 15-20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours in the future if the job is done well. Ongoing job. Compensation is $10 per hour.
