Promote Innovation and Adaptation: Stay updated with the latest marketing tech in OnlyFans marketing. We will get you the right resources and network to find the next big thing. 5. Encourage Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments for integrated marketing efforts. Daily management (The Shallow yet important stuff) 1. Start of the day: Assess overnight marketing performance across various channels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. 2. Set Daily Priorities: Clearly define and communicate daily tasks and objectives for yourself and the team 3. Conduct Daily Stand-Up Meetings: Facilitate brief daily meetings to align the team on current objectives and tasks. 4. Monitor Progress and Resolve Issues: Keep track of marketing operations, addressing and resolving any emerging issues promptly. 5. Support and Manage Team: Provide ongoing guidance and resources to team members, ensuring effective contribution towards marketing goals. 6. Report Regularly to Leadership: Maintain continuous dialogue with the CEO to ensure marketing efforts are in sync with the company's vision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice to have: 1. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team management 2.
