Your Mission: As a Social Media Manager, your mission is to create and post engaging content that increases the reach of our creators across multiple platforms. This role is crucial for driving subscriber growth on the creators' OnlyFans accounts by greatly enhancing their social media presence.


Key Responsibilities:

-Content Creation: Extract short clips from longer videos and create still frames for images as needed. Add small edits (filters, overlays, subtitles, logos, etc.) to existing content for future reposting.

-Content Scheduling: Schedule short-form videos, GIF animations, and images across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, and YouTube.

-Engagement and Interaction: Respond to comments ensuring quality and culturally relevant interactions.

-Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms. Check that scheduling tools work as they should and fix any issues that surface.

-Analytics and Reporting: Report on any trends, issues, or notable performance of posts, gathering data to inform future strategies. Check the accounts' health on a daily basis.

-Marketing Strategy Implementation: Execute strategic initiatives guided by the marketing manager, report on the progress, and provide feedback on areas of improvement.

-Follower Growth Rate: Measure increase in followers across all social media platforms.

-Posting Frequency and Consistency: Track the number of posts per day per platform and ensure regular updates.

-Posting Quality and Consistency: +90% of your posts adhere to our quality and volume guidelines.

-Engagement Relevancy: +90% of your replies and comments are timely, relevant, and adhere to our quality and volume guidelines.

-Accounts Integrity: Zero flagged content due to easily avoidable careless mistakes.

-Basic Video and Graphic Editing Skills: Proficiency in basic video editing software (e.g., CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
