Hiring: Landing Page Template Design - Must Have Brain/Talent

In the spirit of giving this newly re-organized forum a shot, here is a job. I'm writing the full description because it might be a little confusing to folks who haven't mastered the art of chewing gum while walking - and I want to make sure that you fully understand this project before I waste both our time.

I need a one-page, fast-loading template designed in CSS/XHTML.

I'm going to upload this page to a few dozen domain names that I own. These domains receive type-in traffic, but they currently need a landing page. I want to "customize" the template for each name (with minimal effort and by hand, because I'm lazy).

The specifics of the design will become clear when you see my mock-layout, but I'm not going to post that here because I've already said too much, and I can't have all of you becoming rich off this old timer's experience. Doesn't matter anyway, because it's nothing fancy, just some basic blocks of photos/text that will lead to teaser content.

For those of you still mystified, here's an example: On the domain (not mine): FATGIRL SEX dot COM, I'd upload the template, add my "fat girl" content into the proper spots for content, add "fat girl" text into the spaces for text, change the title and poof, done.

I want someone who can do this right, which means flawless XHTML, visually interesting but simple layout with interesting iconography.
