I meant it as in, I am looking for a designer to design 3 icons - Not a web application that converts an image file into a 16x16 px ico file :p
And with "designed" i mean, no random crap image badly cropped to a small size. Just something web 2.0'ish. And most importantly it must be a transparent png file.
