NOBODY can guarantee you the 1st spot. 1st page maybe. Also the cost will be around 5k with 75% upfront as nobody will spend all that time and work and once you get listed you simply blow them off and not pay, what you are asking is not a good offer at all.

Don't know if someone will come over for this offer... Simple thing is, how can anyone trust you? Its really difficult..
