ASIAMOVIEPASS dont pay affilates

Hello!
some time ago I checked my account and see that have more 100$ pending for payment long time, then I contacted MARK in icq to get payment, he dont answer me anything
And today I see that my account INACTIVE!!!
I make with that sponsor more 50.000$
so bad business!

His contacts
ICQ #: 333-147-410 (Mark)

MARK, if you read gfy, PAY ME MY MONEY!!!

AlexTmz 12-04-2016 01:49 PM

and now I see in NEWS what he write

12/02/16 - Inactive Affiliates
Affiliates with no new joins in past 30 days will be removed in the program, effective immediately.

So he deleted my account with more 100$
and my partner account with 39.09$

its best solution:mad:

No Joins

I have the same problem from other perspective. I have been paying affiliates and they virtually get no joins just rebills they steal from each other. Paid out tens of thousands same deal but it is wearing thin. See type ins move to another affiliate and it aint right.

Get some joins is best idea

CaptainHowdy 12-04-2016 03:29 PM

Hope you get paid, man ...

wtf are you talking about? that if you are not sending new joins but you are sending rebills you have to be banned? are you fucking real? that is a pure thievery, if you have 50/50 for life, it is for life, doesnt matter how much new sales are you sending! the same with asiamoviepass, if that is true, wow what a pure thievery on affiliates :2 cents:

edit: i see i am this year there 0:9521, lol. just lol :)

ilovecfnm 12-04-2016 05:17 PM

Tough Times.... Find other ways to make money man, it will only get worst.... No one buying porn anymore... Program owners will be closing doors.... Only a few will be functional but only a selected few will be allowed to promote them. Ive made a good living with porn in the past 15 years but i feel its time to make a change.

and if the program closes because nobody sends joins? I think it has to be both not just one sided.

jscott 12-04-2016 11:15 PM

If you take the time to close affiliate accounts because of no joins, that means you obviously have the time to research that affiliates traffic, if he's sending legit traffic.

So just closing an account based on no joins, you are full blown scammer and times are hard, looking for ways to add a buck to your pocket while ripping off others. :2 cents:

About fucking right you are!!
This kind of bullshit from sponsors towards affiliates has to stop. Battling your own affiliates is a sign of weak management.

That is not the fucking problem of the fucking affiliate.
If there's an affiliate who brings in members who rebill a lot that is the very best kind of affiliate.
For those motherfuckers who have problems with the revenue sharing: just go for the PPS and do not offer revshare. It is So Fucking Simple. :2 cents: :2 cents: :2 cents:

LOL I don't have a 'usual message' I used to post in cases like this. There are some business partners of mine who I trust and make money with, and from time to time they appear here on gfy for various reasons. If there's a company I am getting paid by like clockwork and someone is asking in a thread if they pay: I post that they pay. If I think they are good people than I say that too. I never ever said 'good people' to random ppl / companies and paying like clockwork does not mean to me that they are good people. :2 cents:

Fucking around with the small affiliates always makes me upset and angry.. This is a perfect example of doing shit business. They can close the affiliate system by not accepting any more new affils [Madcheddar does this for example] , but they should treat the existing ones with respect.

On top of all of this I am not afraid to say that those who SERIOUSLY post in this new signup vs rebill topic saying rebills worth less than new signups: that is evil and god damn retarded. Affiliate programs always have the chance to change the rules of PPS [or kill it completely] and same with revshare... But complaining of the rules/policy THEY MADE and/or changing the rules for existing players [like taking their rebills] is a super-fucking-huge NO-NO! :2 cents: :pimp

ZENRA 12-05-2016 12:37 PM

Posted this elsewhere, but AMP (and other English paysites like it) are a pretty hot topic now (and not in a very good way) amongst AV studios.

Edit: not sure if this is exactly related to their affiliate issue, but it could be.

I wrote a thread today about rebills;( https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-pr...h-rebills.html it sucks if they do steal rebills, i dont say they do but I have my doubts!

don't know what issue is with AMP but as for me Mark always paid on time.
only issue last times i've noticed was unable to get payment by paxum that's all.
hope it's all will be resolved and explained, AMP was always solid sponsor for me and i got some site's devoted only for them.
good luck guys.

Same here, that's why if this is for real, it'd be a total surprise :Oh crap

JuicyBunny 12-06-2016 09:51 AM

Just got paid today. As usual.

Sales go up when programs become leaner. IMO. Our best sellers are programs who are never on the boards and DMCA the tubes and filelockers.

Hopefully all is well in AMP Land.

I don't think you'd be sending (or able to send) DMCA's if you're in their position. Not too long ago a few studios asked us to proofread DMCA's they were sending to English paysites and guess who was on that list?

romeo22 12-06-2016 03:23 PM

yes its so sad..i was scamed by a Gfy member tho

That does not mean anything. Japanese studios have a long history, sad to say, of not knowing their ass from their elbow when sending DMCA's, often sending DMCA's to affiliates and partners. Or using companies who infringe on George Lucas Copyrights and trademarks. That was a hoot. :upsidedow

I've never heard of AMP being accused of stealing content but you never know these days.

I guess you know about the other Zenra movie site who were found to be straight up pirates?Never knew what happened to them.

TeenCat 12-06-2016 04:45 PM

hey juicybunny you are a paysite owner he will not fuck you up, but some affiliate who he decide not to pay for rebills, that is another story :winkwink: it is not like hey we make one affiliate as an example, send new joins or we will fuck you like this ... very bad business reputation imho :2 cents:

dave90210 12-06-2016 04:50 PM

Why do people from other places put the dollar sign at the end of the amount? 50.000$?

Let me decode the amount $50,000 from now on the dollar sign goes BEFORE the amount and we use a comma not a dot! Remember Google is your friend it will show you the proper way to display money!

I have copies of DMCA's and email exchanges sent to Epoch (their main processor).

I literally just called a studio yesterday who has hundreds of titles up on AMP and they told me they never licensed their movies out to any other English-language site besides ours.

Just last month another studio found hundreds of movies of theirs on AMP and asked me to write out their DMCA (which I have a copy of). The notice was sent and the movies went down.

One exchange was sent from a studio to AMP, AMP replied promptly saying they took the movies down and looking into the issue as there may have been an issue from their licensing 'provider'. The studio replied asking who the 'provider' was, but the email never made it to AMP as they blocked the email address.

Tsunami Cash - Uncensored Exclusives
CKE18 - Uncensored (kinda) " "
JPornAccess - run by Dreamroom, the largest producer of uncensored Japanese AV. Pretty much a foreigner-oriented site that contains movies from a whole bunch of their sites.

I have no connection to the above sites and am not posting any affiliate referral links.

If true, may be the beginning of the end for AMP. I've been asked by studios before if they are legitimate.

We have been procuring Japanese content for almost 10 years for people. Japanese AV/Taiwan etc has got to be one of the murkiest businesses to work with.

I know one of the main acquirers has retired. More likely in hiding.

We have been shooting content in Japan for the past 2 years as we are here now. If anyone has any content needs or interests you can send me a PM.

What I can say is I have multiple DMCA's both in doc format and actual email exchanges between studio and IPSP's (the studios mostly do not speak English so they sometimes forward me the emails asking me to translate for them). I also have multiple emails from numerous studios that flat out say their content is being uploaded illegally by them and other paysites like them. I do not speak for every single studio in Japan, but the ones we work with have all said the same thing.

Good luck with your shooting and licensing. Let us know what you shoot and perhaps we can work out a deal in the future. We also can help with licensing for anyone looking for a legal way to procure new(er) release censored Japanese AV content.

Thanks. I will keep you in mind. At the moment everything is being shot for specific companies. We used to shoot uncensored but not anymore. Not in this environment. Now off to Latin Quarter and hope I don't get arrested. lol.

Let me know when you come to Tokyo, maybe we can have a coffee or ramen or something.

Reminds me of the Seattle and Vancouver based dvd burning people. On this board I've actually read some idiots saying copyrights do not apply to Japan. Fortunately that is not true.

We've also been educating our studio network about the pros of filing DMCAs and actually have teamed them up with western counterparts to take chronic uploaders to court in the west.

I can see studios ramping up their efforts as the Tokyo Met puts more pressure on companies to come into compliance on different matters. "An apple for the teacher helps to keep the doctor away." Or should I say the coroner.

Sad news about AMP. Maybe they should do what some of the Russian pirate JAV sites did and take a loss and make a deal with the content owners.

JuicyBunny 12-07-2016 08:35 AM

AMP has removed the post they made to affiliates about dropping accounts.

I expect they are on their way to sorting everything out.

Good luck to you, OP.

What censored studios do you shoot with/for? You can email us if you rather not say in public for confidentiality reasons.
