Statement regarding Paxum Prepaid Card
 
For the past hours we have been experiencing difficulties loading funds to Paxum prepaid credit card. This is an issue with Choice Bank and not Paxum under any circumstance. We are working closely with our banking partners to restore this service. As soon as we have news from Choice Bank regarding the issue we will update you. All other aspects of Paxum are 100% operational. All funds you currently have on your Paxum Card you are able to use as normal at POS locations and ATMs.

FirstChoicePay also is experiencing the same issue...so it's not only paxum ... Hopefully it's gonna be solve soon

So the problem is technical and it will be resolved soon? What happens to all unsuccessful transfers from current accounts to cards, marked as "Pending charges"?

We are working on having those pending charges reverted back to to your account.

I'm glad to read it. Regarding the cards, they are not stopped, blocked, etc. so everything, including transfers, will work normally again, right?

First Choice don't have any problems and their card works fine everywhere. Paxum Card also works, if you have a remaining balance on it. The problem is transfer of funds, nothing else!

This had nothing to do with paxum. This was an issue at Choice Bank.

This is a limit imposed on us by our bank. We can not do anything to raise the limit.

I understand that by default Choice Bank set this limit to everyone. Maybe some people here could confirm but I "think" with FirstChoicePay you can ask your limit to be raised, FCP then makes a request to ChoiceBank on your behalf. If what I've read is correct and since Paxum also uses ChoiceBank, I was hoping Paxum could do the same.

You can blame First Choice, and say it's THEIR problem not yours but when your entire payment card system relies on them, sorry it's YOUR problem to fix. Take responsibility.

Also 10k for a business? That's a joke, using paxum is playing russian roulette, rather go full skins with a random bar girl.

Lol you statement it's self-contradictory , saying how it's roulette due 10k limitation. I mean, is there anything what prevents you to withdraw money to bank account with card which have no limitation ?

I tried to withdraw from an atm machine (i used the past years) today and got the message that my card is not accepted. Tried 2 different atm's. (yes i have enough funds)

Hey Chris when will the pending charges be solved ?
I have $1600 in pending for the last few days.
The account is working, i can withdraw, receive or move funds just not those $1600 that are blocked in pending since thrusday.
