The Lazy Mans Guide to Working Out
 
You grow when you sleep lol

Only work out 1 hour and only every other day, rest the whole weekend.

just remember these numbers, you will be buff (without steroids)

5 - days a week

1 to 2 - bodyparts worked per day

6 to 8 - sets per bodypart

4 to 6 - reps per set

3 - minutes between sets

1.5 - grams of protein per pound of bodyweight to intake daily

this program is called max-ot and it WILL get you HUGE and STRONG... I swear by it

Lets see some before and after pics. And Im not saying that to be an ass. I love before and after pics.

1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight is hard, esp if you are 200+ lbs. usually more protein means more calories. And if you are not doing a bunch of cardio its hard to keep the the pudge from building. and cardio is detrimental to mass building.

i work out two hours a week. actually every 8 days. but i also have a workout schedule thats every 2 days, but out of an 8 day cycle its pretty much only 2 heavy days and a couple speed days.

I just read most of the Max-OT and it actually makes sense. I think I am going to give it a try. It's pretty close to my current work out technique. Now, I am a scrawney bastard but I gained 4 pounds in 9 days.

how you can compare john basedow to these guys is beyond me.. basedow does "gay man's" workouts which involve high reps with low radio at a "heart pumping cardio pace" ... his is the mcdonalds of workout programs

A thick head of hair is also a sign of being natural. There are very few heavy roid users who have a lot of hair (especially if they take orals like dbol and anadrol).

I'm sorry to tell you B Sandwich but that workout is a standard that has been around for years. Even before me and I've been deep into fitness for almost 17 years.

If you really wanna gain crazy size quickly find the 100 rep squat routine or the 100 rep deadlift routine. Nothing makes people gain faster than that without gearing up. The problem is only a few people have the heart to handle the routine.

is that german volume training? funny u say that, I am about to start the 10x10 routine starting two mondays from now, when I start my next 1-test/4-ad cycle, since I don't think max-ot is enough volume

and nowhere in this thread did I say that "workout standard" was new.. I just said it works
