First Genius will start, then it will sort music, then it wants to import videos/pics, then I need to sync it and make back ups and finally I will be able to upgrade to V4 :winkwink:

Updated. Went from 5 pages to 1 with the folders. Much more organized.

folders and multi tasking are awesome.

I upgraded and see no difference. I have the 3G & not 3GS so am guessing that many of the "new" features are not compatible.

multitasking is available only with iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS.

waiting for the jailbreak to do it. it'll be released soon. it's the same code that they jailbroke 2 weeks ago so should be clear sailing.

Multitasking is actually a bit annoying.. I've been using 4 since GM was released, and ALL apps stay suspended basically, some of them are then broken once you relaunch them, and after about a day of using the phone, your task list has like 30 apps in it running in suspended mode... a bit annoying... gotta turn them all off one by one if you want to cleanup the list.

Its 0 hit on battery life though, so its done well... Its not really a huge enhancement though to be honest, apps launch a second faster, but whats the point if they do not actually ever RUN in the background?!

I tend to not see the point of this...

some time ago i lost safari from my iphone and whenever I backup after upgrading software it goes again. So i have had to go to factory restore, and manually add all my phone numbers and everything. what a fucking pain, and waste of a day.

Done for my ipod touch. Not much different for me except folders.
