Problems with paxum
I'm trying to contact with paxum support since 19th of this month. Today 24th I have no received any response. Normally they replied my emails in the same day.
The reason of my support ticket is that I cant activate my paxum card... So I can't use it. I'm little afraid, I have 9000$ in the account. Anyone have the same problem? Thanks |

It seems that Paxum has some problems... I've nade a wire withdrawal request about 5 days and it is still in processing. It seems today half of my time is spent on email to get my money...

I initiated an EFT from Paxum to my bank account on 3/27, but the funds aren't showing in my account. Usually, it only takes a few business days for the transfer. Anyone else experiencing this issue? :(
