Collection Attorney Recommendation
 

So I have 2 customer charge-back fraud cases here which went way over my tolerance limit. We normally eat them but these special people really deserve some tlc.

If anyone here can recommend someone I would appreciate. (They are both located in USA).

You don't need an attorney.

Do this: First, collect all of the notes, screen shots, emails and conversations that you have with your client. Create a document that highlights the important aspects. Then contact your payment processor and let them know that this chargeback was not authorized and that you want to contest it. They will tell you what you can do and what your options are.

Yeah I could do that with my other processor but unfortunately this one refunded the guy without asking questions :mad: so It was already too late to fight it back. It's been credited. But I have everything to prove it's the guy. So I guess collection is the only option now.
