Paxum , 6 months later i Still not receive my card, I ask to cancel and they charge me fee's LOL

Ok:2 cents:

But for real you really want to charge me a cancellation fee for a service i have never received ?

Paxum Toke $50 activation fee for a card i have never received 6 months later or so.
I ask refund and bellow the reply i have receive make me wonder now how paxum conduct their business.

Find bellow what i sent to support paxum tickets desk:

=======

My ticket:
Cancelation of credit card ! NEVER received it now 6 months

Can you please cancel the credit card i was suppose to receive 6 months AGO .

also can you please refund to my wallet the FEE's you guys have already charge me for this CARD i Dont have and dont want it anymore taking way too long and no more interested in this product anymore.

Please and thank you.

==============

Paxum reply :

To cancel your card please post a reply this ticket (from the Message Center) in which you authorize us to process your request and deduct the $7 card cancel fee from your account.

Best Regards.

==============

Just to be clear, we will refund the yearly maintenance fee and deduct the card cancel fee.

Best regards.

==============

Call me cheap or what ever you want but why the hell i should pay a cancellation fee/ maintenance fee when i have never SEE or receive the product ?

I will have to reconsider any future business with paxum, let's say me thinking a lot right now lol .

It's a shame because i just start using the EFT to transfer $700 last week and already been completed. :thumbsup

But if they are to handle things this way when they are at fault.... I think i will just stop writing right there :winkwink:

BTW nothing against Ruth but she's aware about my request already, she have sent me over to support ticket desk.

mobstriker 05-22-2017 09:20 PM

My card shipped 1april. 50 days - and i haven't it yet.

kane 05-22-2017 09:24 PM

Are you guys in the US? I recently ordered a card with Paxum and it took about 10 days to get to me. I am in the US.

Twoface31 05-22-2017 09:26 PM

ummm sound alarming.....

mobstriker 05-22-2017 10:13 PM

I'm outside US. What mail company they use to send letter with card?

Mine came via US Postal Service.

bannel 05-23-2017 02:36 AM

Same shit happened for me too, waited over 4 months, asked them about my CC status and they replied that it was lost on the route. Then they told me to pay the fee for another card. Result: moved on to Payoneer. Bigger they are, harder they fall. Ask Epassport

Im from the Maple country up north :thumbsup Canada :)

Brian mike 05-23-2017 05:35 AM

My reply

This is not acceptable.

It's your fault 6 months later the card not there.

I want the whole fee's back please and that would be fair enough.

========

Support replied:

We understand your situation, but the card was sent by standard shipping and we do not have any control over the postal service in Canada, therefore, we can assume it has been lost in the mail.

Also note that the card cancellation fee can not be waived because it is charged by the bank. For us to cancel your card and reverse the $44.95 yearly maintenance fee, please post a reply and authorize us to deduct the $7 cancellation fee.

Best Regards.

=====

It still dosen't make sense to me how they handle this problem AKA shipping card properly.
Put the blame on anyone else and dosen't take any responsibilities for a service you guys promote on your website.

Classy Paxum Many thanks to you.

a BIG B.S

fris 06-08-2017 09:57 AM

this a brand new account? or a renewal of the card?

mine got here quickly

Brian mike 06-08-2017 10:00 AM

Since last year mate waiting for that card, created my paxum account i guess since 2014 but ordered CARD in 2016, 6 - 7 months ago.

The fun part is Paxum have sent me few checks at that same address before the big FBI raids drama in the Usa.

All checks have always come through the mail. The card never........

Latest Support reply :

Although we offer express shipping, which provides you with a tracking number and has the card delivered within 1 week (counting from the shipping date), you selected the standard method, which relies on the postal service. After sending out the card, it is out of our hands and we can not control any of the postal services of the countries we send the cards to.

As you can imagine, the issuing process of a card has higher costs than $7, but this is the standard fee applied for all users (regardless of their country of residence) and it can not be waived.

We also kindly inform you that a replacement card can be issued for the same $7 fee, at your specific request and authorization. Please make your decision known to us.

Best Regards.

2017 Costumer support of the year :1orglaugh .......

Well we can't control it but is ok just keep paying fee's and fee's and one day the card will arrived....

glocks 06-08-2017 10:16 AM

Still waiting on $800 CDN since I initiated an EFT transfer on May 18th!. I've just been told repeatedly to keep waiting as they are investigating with their third party processor about this.
Terribly frustrating.

No, the FBI did NOT raid Paxum.

I believe Brian Mike is referring to the situation with Pacnet from last September, which is a completely separate company to Paxum and NOT RELATED in any way to Paxum.

Paxum was a client of Pacnet. We used Pacnet via Chexx Inc for certain account-related services (such as check issue) until we learned of the allegations against Pacnet; that they were a criminal organization. Upon learning of the allegations we immediately terminated our account with Pacnet.

https://www.biv.com/article/2016/9/v...ganization-us/

Our clients experienced some withdrawal delays as a result of the Pacnet situation, and there was panic and confusion at the time on the forum(s). We refunded everyone affected (check withdrawals that could not be cashed, etc), even though we did not receive those funds back ourselves due to the freeze on Pacnet's financial accounts.

Similar happened to me. Withdrawing to my VISA card (TD Canada Trust) was rejected by VISA / TD. Withdrawing to my bank account was also rejected and returned to my Paxum account. In the end I just said screw it and paid Paxum's $50 wire fee, and that one actually worked.

Why not get a prepaid master card? It would cost you just $2 to withdraw your money from any ATM and it's instant.

No, but there is still a risk... and people usually take a fee of about 20-30% for such exchanges :winkwink: but if you can spend that money on hosting or domains, good for you :winkwink::thumbsup

20% High compare to wire fee? lets say $50 .

Not bitching about it just trying to compare both option; ex wire delay compare to exchangeur instant transfer etc.. could make sense at a certain level.

But 30% i would never pay that :1orglaugh ... That's pimping lol

Paxum, a Canadian Company, declined my renewal (I'm a Canadian Citizen) after having the card for years, including renewals. I've have the card since Paxum appeared on the web following the epass fiasco. But the last renewal they declined the renewal. They have scans of my Cndn Driver's License, my actual VISA cards, my utility bill, my business tax number, my banking info (routing, SWIFT/ABA which are a Canadian Bank) etc. And apparently that's not enough documentation to satisfy their foreign / outsourced support monkeys. Now they want my passport as well. I'm simply unwilling to supply a Passport on top of all that -- they have more than enough info already to satisfy KYC as it pertains to a relationship between a Canadian Company and a Canadian customer.

So, the choice is to either whine about it, or just wire everything out of there and use an alternative. So that's what I did/do. And I just include the fees with my tax reporting each year so they're a deduction anyway. Personally I find both Payoneer and PayPal infinitely more efficient to deal with when it comes to financial transfers, so no big loss for me to lose the Paxum card beyond some inconvenience. Often times several sponsors hit me up to get any Paxum I have as the wire fees are so expensive with Paxum, so it works out in the wash.

Otherwise, I would indeed use the card :)

To:

- firstchoicepay

Yeah, so now we've gone from using established banking channels, to third party epassporte-like money movers.

Not keen on Paxum or any company like it.
