Chaturbate settled with Texas
"According to the agreement announced Friday, Multi Media, LLC, the owners of adult website Chaturbate.com, will pay $675,000 in fines for operating its site without an age verification system. Chaturbate has also agreed to require age verification for users in Texas, which it has already implemented."
apparently the AG was seeking almost 2 million prior to the agreement pretty good article about it here |
I read chaturbate uses Incode for verification.
Ricardo Amper is the Founder & CEO of Incode Technologies. He has 20+ years of experience founding and leading companies. World Economic Forum Partner Incode Technologies is a real-life verification company that specializes in omnichannel biometric identity https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2024/...your-identity/ https://www.weforum.org/organization...-technologies/ Would you trust your porn history and id's in the hands of Klaus Schwab? Conspiracy theory becomes reality :) |

Nothing to see here right..... NOT Trying to TRACK OR CONTROL ANYONE :winkwink: :thumbsup |
setting aside the whole WEF thing, as these AV technologies are popping everywhere and each claims to be a perfect solution that protects end-user privacy
the FSC has an interesting article about the inefficacy of these laws for any minor who knows how to use a VPN, and the potential risks of site-side AV (identity theft, phishing, increasing the attractiveness/growth of sites hosting illegal and pirated material that don't follow the laws, etc) I'm not on the side of minors accessing adult material, but I don't see how the risks don't outweigh any potential benefits. this feels more like the hand-wringing war on porn (and also profit for the numerous AV providers) than any actual concern for keeping adult material out of the hands of non-adults device-based restrictions seem like a better balance to me. that way wouldn't the parents/guardians have more control over what the minors in their care have access to? I can see the other side too, interested in other peeps thoughts on this topic |
Everyone wants to comply; but they don't have the tools to do it.
There is no central system and no designated software that the government will recommend. :2 cents: |
Never waste a good crisis.
I remember people begging governments for vaccine passports. Companies like Incode lobbied at governments and WEF and got bags of money. The ID companies showed all the options they had to control people and offered them for "free". And now politicians see the possibilities wants to control everything. I think the investors in that company are part of the WEF bros also. And they will lobby with governments till they control everything. Probably the Mexican Bimbo Group, Biggest Bread Bakery in the world invested. How their bread can be so popular is a wonder to me, cause it taste like shit. Who are the other private investors? They already are valued billions $$$ ----------- Ricardo Amper: There are going to be some major industry shifts. We’re going to see an uptick in demand in hospitality and healthcare given the fact that we can’t currently verify identities physically — at least for the time being. Telemedicine — when it comes to insurance, records, and authentication — is also going to be a major market for seamless identity. I think there’s also going to be a shift in sentiment when it comes to biometrics. As remote working and remote interviewing becomes the norm, I think people are going to be a lot more open to all types of biometrics, especially technologies that do not require contact and physical touch, as long as consent is involved. Currently, we’re offering our technology to governments that need help during the COVID-19 crisis. The system is designed to streamline the check-in process and reduce the amount of time it takes to validate identity for testing and, in the future, vaccine recipients. This will not only save people time, it will also provide governments and healthcare facilities with useful data. https://findbiometrics.com/interview...artups-ascent/ https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GLjrL4hXsAEXxLG?format=jpg Ps, they are already registered on the adult industry forums. They could join the topic :) |
Now all the Texas children are safe! Unless they are at school and 100+ cops are within running distance and someone is there shooting at them for a very long time.

Looks like the FSC should not only aim at states, but at the WEF.
Cause there are all the presidents and countries gathering for the AVS lobby from the WEF: Typology of Online Harms The typology recognizes the complex and interconnected nature of online safety, encompassing content, contact and conduct risks Threats to personal and community safety 1.
