Adult traffic to audible?

Since the pandemic I have been reading erotic books for audible and was wondering if there was anyway to generate more sales/traffic to my stories?

Is there a market for adult audio?

I don't think that you can find something like that on the market. Probably exists, but it's very hard to find. You can start targeting traffic from the same niche as your audio books. If you need help with that I would like to talk more details with you.

A good idea

Problem is when people are looking for porn they are not looking to buy at book at that point in time

I like the idea of what you are saying, trying to think of a way of making money from it

couple ideas:

- uploading short clips from the audio with some ranchy pics/illustrations and ofcourse a url to maybe get type-ins from tube sites (get your own domain and redirect where you want it to go)

- parasite SEO: if youre hosted on audible for example then the page indexed already has some great SEO authority from the domain, you can literally go as aggressive and blackhat as you want audible will never get a penalty and whitehat will also work really well too just depends what youre into really

^ but on that seo note, you can go after things like erotic audiobooks and fiction searches etc which will be far more targetted and relevent when the users find you.

if the actual page is inside a category you can try push that more, as a category page will have more juice than your own page,

I love that idea, how can I black hat? Can you point me in the right direction? Sure just take excerpts from the book with a sultry voice throw on some raunch or even animation and be like get the rest of the story here on audible.

blackhat would basically be anything automated + PBNs

you can also proxy your blackhat links via a redirect (get a cheap domain and build GSA, high DR/UR low OBL blog comments, PBNs etc)

you could also hunt for some expired domains that have good backlinks and redirect them to your page ODYS has a great source for domains really depends on your budget. [if you would like an invite drop your email somewhere]

Expired domain that has existing links would probably be my go to, as in the event redirecting to your page doesn't do enough, you can always start a blog to promote your work and then use that to link to the audible pages etc; giving you contextual links on a site with existing authority. and also the ability to rank your content promoting your books - essentially become your own erotica affiliate

As this is audible a very much mainstream site you are not limited to adult themed link building making your pool of resources much larger.

happy to share some vendors if you wish.

^ this is for the blackhat parasite SEO suggestion.
you could combine this with expired domain with the tube submission idea, or even start with a new cheap domain and see how it goes.
