And then after they've finished (so they have a data point) you can get them some good KC BBQ so they can actually enjoy themselves :)

Me too, I've got an extremely basic junker grill but I love it and it gets heavy use...

How the hell are you gonna manage that with a gas grill?

That being said, my gas grill kicks your grills ass. :)



Fade, a friend of mine recently bought one of these and we had Tri-Tip from it last night.

I've owned a few smokers over the years but this one is compact, effecient, clean, simple, and does a damn good job.
