Can you recommend any producer that sells content (exclusive or non-exclusive) no meter the quality?

So far I've been contacted only by AFSC, and I have to say that I've been pleasantly surprised by the quality and prossionalism of the conversation so far.
He's had all answers to my questions and provided all infos I asked, and I asked a lot.
No deal yet signed, but this quality of relationship in our industry is rare enough to deserve a public feedback.
