Trading volume between BTC and BCH over the last 24 hrs is exactly the same. Of course not everyone, there's always going to be BTC loyalist, but there's a lot if new money going into BCH. Especially, that's considering it's not even on the largest exchanges yet. Coinbase says Jan 2018 for them. Watch it when that happens.

No, we are not. The travel just begins :) Very soon all bitcoins will be mined (in contrast to gold or dollar, it's a limited resource), on the other hand more and more services start accepting it. Right now bitcoin is an official currency in Japan, so more and more countries will join the trend. Think about it ;)

Better path is trying to teach people why Bitcoin is such a great technology for everyone. Refer them to Breedlove, Preston Pysh, Michael Saylor interviews & podcasts. Or Andreas Antonopoulos, Saifedeans Bitcoin Standard book.
