Script for managing employee vacation/sick days

I'm looking for a script where I can give each employee a login name, vacation days, and sick days. The employee can then login and reserve the days when needed. Other employees and managers should be able to view the "employee calendar."

Any experiences/suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Interesting. I wonder if there's a Google App that ties this in. If not, it's a good opportunity to make one, I'd imagine.

Workable but requires too much additional labor. Example: checking to make sure Mark didn't take too many sick days. Doesn't allow employees to easily see how many vacation days they have used, how many they have left, etc.

TSheets | Time Tracking Software Simplified or a shared google spreadsheet should do the job unless you're managing hundreds of employees.

If you have enough employees to justify it, BambooHR is well worth it!

What's going on Sly?
Too many GFY mods want to take their vacay during the same Phoenix Forum week? LOL

Imagine the boss that tracks if you're really home sick via this recipe hahaha

Or boss using this one to log all of your phone calls during work hours, or when you're at the work location, to Google Calendar lol

Fuck that -- if you can't trust your employees, they should be gone anyway. :2 cents:

Definately :thumbsup Ages ago I worked for a company with a boss like that for about 4 months, thanks god things weren't as technically advanced then as they are now.

I have a similar philosophy. This is not for punishment. This is for organization and companywide awareness.

Couple good suggestions, thanks, would like to see some more though. A simple spreadsheet or a Google Document is not sufficient.

My friend that has a startup with ≈30 people has nothing but horrible things to say about them.

Most recent update I've gotten on the situation was seeing a tweet that his employees are going a month without benefits because of another zenefits fuckup.
