Bought Donald's "second after the Bible" book "Art of the deal"

It is nice, insight of how the deals were made.
A bit dated, principles are the same, but if it was written about 2014 deals, it would be much better to read nowadays.

I am reluctant to buy his other books as I heard they are more of a motivational stuff, not concrete as this one. Am I correct? If somebody read them?

PS: lets keep this thread out of politics. :)
