It's usually slow around the holidays (for me), but it's never been this bad.

Ah, mine stayed pretty flat money wise. 2016 was a bit higher than 2017, maybe 10% but 2017 was still higher than 2015 by maybe 5%.

Sign ups and traffic were way down. Sign ups were about half of 2016 :(
