Italian property owners, advice.
Looking to buy a 90 meters one storey house in Mazzolada, curious what would be a yearly tax?

It can be much lower if you calculated this by actual sale value. Value stored in municipality documents are usually much (sometimes) few times lower than actual market value. Of course that may not be the case in Italy, but just thinking out loud.

It's just 2 kms from a fairly big town that has a mall and all the old styled central part. If you want a flat it comes as low as 50k EUR.
|
not so far away from my current location :)
post url where you find this property |
What are you trying to say ? That in Russia everybody lives in mansions ? I highly doubt, sir !

That house looks nothing short of dilapidated on streetview, you are gonna have tons of issues with mold and water. That being said, seems cheap - you wouldn't' even be able to buy a house like that in Poland for 38k euro.
|
30k for home like that in poland??
no problem, especially in village far away from big cities Domy na sprzedaż: cała Polska | Morizon.pl - cena do 140000 PLN but for that price you need always some money for renovation |
uhum... with 20 k more for renovation and charming winter for 8 months every year:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh
also, obligation to pay abonament for TVPPissss every month :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh sounds like a plan ! where should I signup ? In Italy on the other hand - burreaucracy, nobody knows nothing, charming and warm people, great food, high taxes and... AN ITALIAN CORPORATION. You have two cows, but you don't know where they are. You decide to have lunch. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh Quote:

your guess is wrong, as since recent (4?5?) years I visit Poland only for short term stays...
like I said: I hate/ dislike idiocy and idiots, thats all, regardless of their origin... since recent 2 years in polish politics (and previous also - but not on such scale) are constant road of failures, blamages and "jokes" that werent meant to be funny actually (one big great CONSTANT IDIOCY like in venezuela for example).... this is what I think and thats my opinion and yeah, thats only my opinion :) Quote:

do you know that Stalin killed more people than Hitler ? :)
or you consider Stalin as a great patriot of your country, like all these 80 years old retards ?:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh Quote:

oh, so if you were only two times in poland lately
you are less polish and you can shit in your own nest and tell us your faulty opinions about poland? do you think that peple will respect you that you are polish and hate poland?? think about it beside of this, you are so wrong about current polish political and social situation |
Quote:

"beside this, you are so wrong on current polish situation" hahah love it. I suggest stopping watching TVPiss... I will repeat once again: I was never big supporter of previous polish gov, but what these guys do now is actually reason to put them into prison. army should take over in defence of democracy (if people cant do it), as what they do is slow coup d'etat..slow...slow.
Hitler, Napoleon,Stalin Kaczynski, Putin - so funny that they were all small guys... what do you think ? :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh Like I said - i'm not antipolish, im antiidiocy (in my opinion). I bet that in your opinion everyone that agrees with Snowden is antiamerican, everyone that agrees with, ekhm lets say Solzenitsyn in 60s was antirussian (or everyone that disagrees with Putin is antirussian), or everyone that agrees, with ekhm, lets say Anonymous or wikileaks is antilaw....good luck with that. http://p3.wawalove.pl/p3.wawalove.pl...174267e72c.jpg :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CHPC18yW4AArEC7.png its grotesque, too sad that it happens for real Quote:

you know what, you are like children, you excited about stupid pictures that means nothing 10 years ago 16 years old children laugh at this its waste of time to discuss with someone who have such arguments like these pictures bdw stalin killed millions of russians too i guess that in majority they hated him as well :) i dont think it was patriot |
pictures are not stupid...read what I wrote above - all dictators were small...its inferiority complex that adult tries to compensate in his adult life :) some of such people will try to compensate it by becoming famous politicians or.."retired saviour of the nation", like someone said :)
I bet that many Russians would disagree with you on Stalin, and I bet that the ver same Russians goes to vote for Putin on every occasion:1orglaugh:1orglaugh this is why what i call sample idiocy... also, thats the discussion with Russian Sarn here. he always has an argument to let you know if yo uare from Poland for example, that your country would be better under Russia:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh like: "look what Hitler did, we saved you", or: "look what UPA did, we saved you"...its even funnier when later he uses different arguments to prove totally opposite things, like: "Ukraine was always friend of Russia" etc. etc. anyways, im back to work:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh Quote:
|
also, btw. if you love reading Russia Today (I bet that you do), I suggest you reading these books:
https://www.rebis.com.pl/pl/book-arc...HCHB03883.html and the second part , too :) also, this interview for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hWYgPDVX_8 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Active_measures I hope that you open your eyes, not only for the faults of the west :-) Quote:
|
my eyes are open because live in poland becoming better and better
even without contrast to western countries where are many problems with terrorism or immigrants thats why current government have huge endorsement if you don't like it, just wait for next election, this is democracy but you even dont' vote if you are not in poland so stop talking bullshit and complaining, i see only frustration don't blame polish people and poland for this if you have problem with 2euro for tv media, if you have problem with 5cents more for gas, when gas is cheaper 20cents than 5 months ago things are really bad for you |
things are going better because thats the economic trend as for now, it doesnt have nothing to do with Pisss...Poland will be strong with salaries netto around 600 euros:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh and will greatly fulfil its task as a fabrique for german, dutch and french products :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:winkwink::winkwink:
with a small help of Ukrainians, that will for sure help to raise salaries in Poland, just like Poles did for british in UK:1orglaugh:1orglaugh unless you mean 500 + ? do you think that someone would plan his family because he will have promised 500 pln every month ? Korwin said about it: either this plan wont work and its lie, or it will grow population of "menels"... Also, it is really sad if nation doesnt understand that if government wants to give 500, it has to take away 600 or 700..that way or another... Also, Greece was also having boom and "prosperity", unless it was time to pay the bills/ debts..its great to consume in nice restaurant, too bad that at one point the waiter will appear with the bill...but who the f.. cares ? it wil be in 20 years, in that time mr K. will be dead already, just like his cronies Quote:

I suggest you to travel more, and turn off TV...:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1org laugh

do you hear about hard working greeks, in the uk for example? secondly, did you hear about vat carousels ? leaking billions from vat? current government stopped this and get huge bonus from taxes we the biggest overplus in budget in last 20 years, and its after new child benefits! did you know that? you know nothing about current situation there is tons of examples that this government working very good other countries has much higher social benefits, for example for children, families but you as pole complaining about adding (small) polish social benefits you complaining about everything polish the same as lefist, old communists, thiefs - PO party supporters and members, or stupid KOD crook members only obstruction, nothing more because of this and what you say, current government is stronger and stronger, and its good :) shame on you its very good that you are out of poland |
Anyone who mentioned politics will end up eating bags of dicks eventually.

Of course, Poland can offer something on a budget too, but lately, prices are going up and can't coop with the2-2,5K per square meter in a rainy, foggy and polluted with smog area of Malopolska. The mentioned house, won't be dealing with it, but still it's a sign there are low priced properties in Italy. Personally, I have found apartments in different towns in Northern Italy 50-70k EUR for 60-80 square meters. Ideal, IMO, turn key apartments 77-90 sq.m. start at 90-100k. Still cheaper than in Poland. |
