Do you use windows tablet ?
Android based tables seems to be non practicable choice due their closed eco system where it's very hard to see what is happening, so i thinking about trying windows tablet instead. How does your work productivity function when you use windows tablet compared to your main working station ?

Personally I don't see tablets as a working solution to anything other than surfing or very specialized tasking. I have both Apple and Android tablets. Not having a keyboard or lugging around a small Bluetooth keyboard is awkward to me. Also for tablets, it's all about the apps available. Windows tablets have a lot of catching up to do in that regard. For productivity, I will be buying a Windows Surface laptop. That seems to be the best compromise now.

I had a Microsoft Surface and freaking loved it. It was part kindle, part tablet, part laptop, and part full PC.
At home I used it as a kindle for books and a tablet, and in the event I went to a meeting it worked as a laptop with it's little keyboard. At home I also had it hooked up to two monitors and used it as a work station from time to time. This is my Sufrace at a meeting with the little keyboard... https://content.screencast.com/users...02-20_0938.png Any my work station at home... https://content.screencast.com/users...02-20_0931.png When traveling to a show or any location where I would be for a few days, I brought a portable monitor... I think it's 19 inches, super flat, and fits in my carry on. With a portable keyboard it's like having a full PC with you on the road. We have a Surface Pro at the office, I forget what generation. It's pretty slick. Plenty of power for its uses and very handy for mobile. I would say that it's a little bit bigger than my iPad but a lot more versatile so that seems a fair trade-off.

I use a surface pro 4. Converts from a laptop to a tablet. I find it to be very effective and productive. It super easy to take anywhere! I use it at home and on the go. Hard to go back to anything else since I started using it. *this is not a paid advertisement* haha
