I'll start by saying I don't post a ton in this forum but I have talked with a lot of people from here on ICQ and do my fair share of lurking. Even though I don't spend tons on content at the moment, I get about 90% of my content from TWC and have always been 100% happy. TWC has helped me with minor questions and with all the content purchases through them.

They reach out when they have new content and remember what I'm looking for. They reached out today to let me know about the promotions and after a brief conversation let me know I was one of those promotion winners. Forum rep aside these are great people to do business with.

TL;DR I check TWC before I check here.

Dan always goes above and beyond when it comes to finding exactly what I need (which isn't easy) and working me to get the producers he works with on target with my requirements (which also isn't easy lol).
