Also, aren't those searches broad and not exact? That means nothing unless you're running a CPC/CPM ad campaign..

I'm just saying that it's not cool to sell a domain and pretend that EMD alone will rank high with it. First of all, those searches are for a TV show, there are sites about that content everywhere and a brand new site to rank will take a bit of work.
Also, those searches are broad, meaning that a whole bunch of terms that are related to "how to get away with a murder" will potentially show your ad on one of those searches if you bid on it, nothing to do with search volume on that "emd" at all, not to mention all of the longtails..
