So i just finished watching it and dont know if its as good as people are saying. Im a big Gareth Evans (Director) fan after his 2 amazing "The Raid" movies. Gangs Of London is very violent and has great acting. I think the actor who played Shaun ( Joe Cole ) wasnt the right pick for that role. He felt out of place in it. Overall i did enjoy it but just felt that something was missing to make it "must see" television. Anyone else watched it?

I finished watching it the other day and I thought it was pretty bad a*s...... Didn't like the gay escort house that was too fruity for me .....that was CRAZY when those assassins shot up that house.....thank god for torr*nt sites and it looks like Sky are copying NetFlix but they are spot on with this series.

By the way I like this over The Witcher series and you might want to try Kingdom (Korean zombie series) available on NetFlix or is it Amazon?

Anyone who hasnt seen the 2 "The Raid" movies from the same director is missing out. Best martial arts films iv seen in years. When i watched them it was subtitles which tends to put folk off but they may have English dub by now. As i say though, i did enjoy Gangs Of London a lot. I just felt Shaun didn't fit in right. Think now it might actually have been his soft voice lol. I do hope we get a second season though

TV show will justify the culture to them.

I agree, Joe Cole is absolutely a good choice, atmosphere like this ("Peaky Blinders") is his thing
