FYI Support from zodumil net/Wizzart

I have tried to get him to reply, or at least acknowledge me on ICQ. I realize
that support is not a priority with him, and never has been. I have e-mails
dating back almost a year, requesting support over and over.

I had a Hard drive die on my server, and contacted him today when he
was on ICQ and asked for a replacement script. I Paid $150 for his
script, Sold 3 copies of his script for him, and he still treat
customers like Sh*t!

I read about people saying his script looks good, but I have yet in
almost a year heard anyone that has purchased your search script praise it.

If anyone would like me to document anything above, I have all e-mails and below is my request today on ICQ

it can be painful not be acknowledged.

Sometimes it might say available but the other person isn't getting your messages for whatever reason. Especially if they are using a third party client. It doesn't always mean they are ignoring you though it can. Whatever happened sorry to see this develop into a dispute.

Thank you for acknowledging him here, I don't even want to imagine where he would have gone for support if this thread went ignored for a few minutes.

And shame on that guy for not sitting at his computer 24/7 waiting on your messages for support. Did his ICQ status by any chance say away when you messaged him? I notice a short 2 hrs later it said 'loop is Available' when he responded.

I do think his response to a thread being posted was a bit lame.

Yeah. Looks like a misunderstanding combined with being anxious over the crash. Then the other guy gets upset at his reaction. It'd be cool if they could just shake hands and start all over again. :2 cents:

I know how to use ICQ, and it said he was available. This is far from the 1st time this has happened. As soon as it popped up and showed he logged in I replied to his log in, within 15 seconds!

People on DP also claim the same thing when looking for support. All I wanted was a copy of the script that I paid a lot of money for. I don't think I should have to kiss ass to get that much!

His status was never away!, Never Busy! I know as I kept the chat window open...

Lame of you to not be able to wait a few hours or a day. Or at least try to send an email, since ICQ messages can be lost. Besides, even if your status reads "available" might just have gone up, gotten a phone call or whatever and left he computer without necessarily changing the status. And my screensaver don't kick in but after 20 minutes or so and first then m status is autochanged. If screensaver is either disabled or set to longer kick-in time, it will be long before ICQ status is changed.

Lame, lame, lame!
Shame, shame, shame!

kazbalah 12-06-2010 05:21 AM

This sounds like some sort of conspiracy to conspire :)

fris 12-06-2010 05:49 AM

you shouldnt cut off support just cause of a thread, bad move wizzart

If you look and read the time stamps you will see I did wait! Why would anyone that uses it for business leave ICQ on and not set it to "away" if they were not going to be available for hours on end.
If he would have said in his reply on icq 1 min after I notified him of the post that he would send it, I would have edited the post completely or deleted it. Its a 2 way street and he also has a responsibility also!

Doesn't seem strange that "He" hasn't replied to this post? I made sure he knew of it within 1 minute of making the thread, and his reply to that notification, within 1 min was to state I would not "Get any more Support" and not to contact him again!

wizzart 12-06-2010 09:52 AM

Ha...
I can't believe this message goes from man that I was give huge discount, even I free license, even one full loaded domain, and hours and hours of support that include free customization of his site, he can't wait few hours to I come back home after forgot to close ICQ.

I really can't believe... this is amazing... if you don't give support in 3 hours you "treat
customers like sh*t"... amazing

Yes I can, because he was get huge discounts, free copies of script, free full loaded site, lot of my time spend helping them with basic HTML knowledge...

I didn't him count in regular customer, that why I feel so disappointed. :Oh crap
