I dont know who would want one right now, it's cold here right now. Probably some top brass cant unload their sobe condo and it makes sense to have the company front a few bucks for it ;)

I dont know about South Beach, but some kid on HGTV won a sick 1.5 mill apt in NYC just has to pay maintenance, about 1400 a month. It is part of the W hotel condo/hotel they just build in downtown manhattan. College kid from Florida. + they gave him an Acura

A year or two before they built a crazy home somewhere in FL, but it was in a realy weird retiree area. So far away from any major metro seems like it would be more of a burden than a blessing. Need to unload it onto some blue hair. :1orglaugh
