A 16 year old kid from The Hague has been arrested for the recent Ddos attacks on MC/VISA and Paypal servers. The attacks originated from within the Netherlands.

More arrests are likely.

Mastercard logs DDOS attacks, filters IP by country, send off info to various law enforcement agencies categorized by country. From there, law enforcement subpenas (sp) ISPs, gets full customer info, obtains arrest warrants, and makes the arrest.

All within 24 hours. Now that's efficiency for you right there.

The problem is though that at the end of the day a lot of these people are still 16 year old kids. You can't put kids in jail let alone thousands of them.
