All changes to the hosted and synced material carries notes for each user sharing the data and tracks alterations. Powerful version history capabilities allow you to restore a file to any given point in time.

For that price, a company will get three user seats, cloud hosting space, and machine syncing capabilities.

Slavdogg - I heard they will be releasing a desktop client for Mac, Linux, OpenSolaris and FreeBSD in the next couple of weeks so you will be able to sync between all of those devices.

We're currently open in beta for PC, and still doing internal testing on the mac version. It will sync between the platforms and both are in the works at slightly different stages of development.

what pricing do you guys have in mind for it?

Right now a lot of the marketing options are still being determined, but we know we'll be offering a 3 seat package for $45 a month. That will come with cloud hosting and syncing for all 3 users...

The only place you should be looking at for this type of service is FREE at http:www.Dropbox.com. They have free iPhone and iPad apps too so you always have your data there too. In these times i just don't use ANY services in adult.

Yes, dropbox is free, but you get one account and only 2 gigs of storage, with only half the features of MPA3sync. Our service is for people that are looking for something a bit more business friendly.

I'm not sure what you mean here, and I respect your right to prefer non-adult services, but it does confuse me. Mansion Productions has been building software to cater to the adult industry for a decade. We're hardly a risky proposition. What's more, MPA3sync *IS* a mainstream software. It can be used by any company who needs more space and better functionality then what is out there now.

I had a chance to Test this software out. It's pretty damn amazing!

I guarantee that MPASYNC is 1000% better then Dropbox.

Dropbox doesn't offer half the features either and their free option isn't worth it in my opinion.

Windows Only? No mac version?

can someone explain why this is better than dropbox? With more words that "it has a ton of more features"? Be a bit more exact...

Also, can someone explain why I want Mansion or any other adult company to host my data? It's not like I do not trust them... but not sure if anyone in adult should have access to my personal files?

This is better because it is geared toward business with levels of access to the documents, and an admin control. This is better because you can set the level of the users with access on many different tiers. You can have a guest user, a collaborator, the admin, etc. This is better because you can brand your MPA3Sync with a logo and show the documents to customers, and gain customer approval, especially handy to designers. Better because there are download receipts on the files.... Ever wonder who looked at what you sent, or if the forwarded it to someone higher for review? Now you can know! Better for the variety of plugins. Better for the file commenting.

There are more features than these that we have as an advantage, but I'd ask that you try the beta at this point and see for yourself! We'd love your input on how to make the product even better.

Mansion Productions is not an adult company. We are a software company. As part of our other software offerings we make a business out of keeping critical program data secure.
MPA3, in addition to all of its other features, provides security features for the back end data for an affiliate program.
MAS, in addition to its other features, provides security features for the back end of member sites.
VIST, in addition to all its other features, provides security features for a video store with shoping cart.
Now MPA3sync will be offered with secure cloud hosting. A necessary part of allowing your documents to sync and be accessible anywhere is providing the place for that to happen. If you use any service like this you will encounter the same issue. At least with our product, you know precisely who we are as a company.
