It isn't admissible in a court of law, but the court of public opinion things like accuracy are not of primary concern.

Who cares?

It doesn't matter where this guy caught it because if the industry dodges this bullet, there is another HIV+ performer right around the corner, and another one after that. AIM is simply unable to protect talent and too many performers are whoring on the side, with many of them doing it bareback.

The entire system is flawed.
