Here are the promo guidelines:

-Promotion run date are for the second half of month of December: 12/2010-1/02/11
-First half of month defined as 12/06/10-12/19/10

Promotion #1:
$90.00 promo for any new affiliate --> New affiliates are defined as anyone who has not sent us a single sale in 2010.

Promotion #2:
(1) Any active affiliate that sends us more sales in second half of December (12/20/10-1/02/11) gets a 10% bonus on their commissions. A definition of 'more sales' could be 1+ sales.
(2) Any active affiliate that sends us 15% more sales in second half of December compared to first half, gets a 15% bonus on their commissions.
(3) Any active affiliate that sends us 20% more sales in second half of December compared to first half, gets a 20% bonus on their commissions.
