PaySite owners here is something to make you some nice coin this week!

Email you ex members asap. We sent out an ex-members email on the 23rd and have had our most successful campaign ever. The sales are flowing in. It's a great time of year to remind your past members about you. And if you don't have a great site then tell them about Twistys :winkwink:

lol

sound advice

Hitting mine at the start of the New Year :) Got about 15,000 ex-members to mail. Last one I did was 6 months ago and it set a record for me.

alf6300 12-30-2010 04:53 AM

I see an awful number of people that use for memberships an address of the type: [email protected]

I could see someone giving a powerpoint presentation in front of a board, while the "outlook desktop alert" pops up something like:

"You've got new mail from GrannyMidgetsPoo.com. You have been a member for three years, time to come back!"

I know it's their dumb choice if they use their real job address. Still, I am a bit concerned that people presume a level of anonymity that is not there, and by mass-mailing them you could piss them off dearly. Maybe I am too cautious, but am I the only one having this concern?

Isn't it comon sense to email ex-members with a "can not resist" offer type of thing every now and then? Specially during the holidays.

Chosen 12-30-2010 06:05 AM

Sounds like a good advice :)

This was a post for people that haven't thought of it or forgot to do it this month. We do it monthly as well and I have to say this holiday mailing was by far the best. Amazing results.
