I think it's odd he hasn't produced any proof yet. I mean my uncle died last month and within a day it was very easy to find proof online, and he's not popular like a Tawnee Stone.

However, to play devil's advocate on this one point, it is possible he's trying to arrange something with the family to send a portion of the sites profits to them for x amount of years as a memorial. Would they like getting money from a website featuring their dead daughter naked on the net? Who knows, probably not.. but that could be what's taking him so long.

Don't get me wrong, like I said above, this death is certainly strange and we all hope it's not true, but I think the lack of evidence speaks much louder than speculation on why the site is still up.

The single biggest problem with this rumor is that there is absolutely no conformation of any kind going either way. I think some of the people who are doubting shes dead are simply looking for a conformation before going forward. And if true it seems like TMZ would have had it up by now and the site would have been pulled just out of respect for the family until the monetary situation could be figured out.

Her death might actually be a plus for some surfers...
