What are the steps and some tips for setting up a PPV website w/ live cameras?
 

This is actually for a mainstream site idea that a friend of mine has, me being the internet guy he came to me first.

Would he use something such as http://www.ustream.tv/ and put it behind a paid area or what?

He wants 3 cameras at this location and when the customers pay $9.95 they get access to all three cameras, real simple set up but I really dont know where to begin. I'll have no problem getting a membership site set up but not sure where to begin as far as the live streams go.
