Is there a program to "VIDEO CAPTURE" your iphone screen?

Any ideas? So that what you are doing on your iphone gets recorded?

or does any basic recording program work for this? like a desktop recording software for apple?

any idea? (i dont know either if its possible or any apple programs to do this)

Video capture? What for, you can screenshot by pushing both buttons at the same time.

As far as I've seen people just have recorded video with another camera. I've seen a few angry birds videos and its just been people recording their phone with whatever cam.
